Our ethos is to scratch cook every day and our talented team dice, slice, spice, roast and marinade to bring you a choice of mouth-watering, gourmet dishes to eat in or take away.
Our food is for everyone: vegans, vegetarians, fish and meat lovers as well as gourmets with gluten, dairy or other intolerances. Yet we also like using butter, cheeses, cream and eggs if required to create harmonious dishes. One thing we don’t do is bland!

The world of food is an endless and ongoing creation of evolving flavours, textures and ingredients which constantly inspire us to cook new, exciting and delicious dishes.
Therefore our counter is always brimming with cuisines from all over the world, which are different every day.
Our specialities can be enjoyed anywhere at any time: on the beach, aboard a yacht, on a hiking trip, at the office, at a picnic, a dinner party or BBQ or simply in your own home.

We work closely with a wonderful and committed local and organic farmer who provides us with the freshest of herbs, fruit, vegetables and the best raw, unfiltered, unheated honey. Ground to shop in one hour!
We believe in a transparent supply chain and we go to great lengths to work with and support local, farmers who we trust. If you want to enjoy great food responsibly, while reducing your carbon footprint, our supply chain should ‘tick all your boxes.’
What’s Cooking, Guadalmina was founded seven years ago as a Gourmet Take Away.
